"A wonderful small school
environment where all teachers
and staff know each student
by name regardless of grade.
Great emphasis on values
and integrity. A top quality
education at a great price."

Admissions Policy

Priority for admission into All Souls Catholic School will be given in the following order…

1. Families with children currently enrolled, including Preschool students, and in good standing with All Souls Catholic School.

2. Families who are active parishioners* of All Souls Parish, who have been members in good standing for a minimum of one year, ranked according to their registration date with the Parish. The active parishioner must be the legal guardian of the student enrolling in All Souls School.

Families changing residence and joining All Souls Parish who present a letter from their previous pastor stating that they were active parishioners may receive equal consideration. The letter from their previous parish should state the date they were first members of that parish

3. Families who are active parishioners* of neighboring parishes, who have been members in good standing for a minimum of one year, ranked according to their registration date with their parish.

Families changing residence and joining a neighboring parish who present a letter from their previous pastor stating that they were active parishioners may receive equal consideration. The letter from their previous parish should state the date they were first members of that parish.

4. All other families not currently attending All Souls Catholic School.

Order of acceptance within categories 2 and 3 will be determined by a lottery if there are multiple families who have the same registration date with their parish. Order of acceptance within categories 4 will be determined by a lottery.

*The pastor will determine which families are “active parishioners.” Factors which the pastor may consider include: regular attendance at Mass by looking at the use of the envelope system, involvement in parish ministry (for example, lector, usher, Eucharistic Minister, special projects, etc.). Families must be registered for at least one year.
