Mrs. Jennifer Heneghan, Principal

Education: Master of Education, Educational Leadership, Stetson University; Bachelor of Arts, French and Spanish, Stetson University

Experience

  • Twenty-four years experience in the Volusia County School system
  • Nine years as a teacher at the middle and high school levels
  • Five years as a department chair
  • Seven years as the athletics director at the second biggest high school in the county
  • Three years as an assistant principal at the elementary, middle, and high school level
  • Two years as a principal intern at the middle and high school level
  • One year as director of two alternative schools for at-risk middle and high school students
  • Presenter at 2010 Model Schools Conference
  • Full range of professional training including: Thinking Maps, Professional Learning Communities, Rtl (Response to Intervention), Collaborative Teams, School Improvement, Effective Schools.

 Personal:

  • Mrs. Heneghan is a parishioner at All Souls Catholic Church.  Mrs. Heneghan has always prayed for her students.  Now, as Principal of All Souls, not only will she be able to pray for them, she looks forward to praying with them.

Mrs. Mary Moran - Assistant Principal & First Grade

Education: BA in Social Sciences; BS in Elementary; Diocesan Master Teacher Program; MS Catholic Educational Leadership

 Experience:

  • Twenty-seven Years of Teaching Experience
  • Seventeen Years with the Diocese of Orlando at All Souls Catholic School 
  • Current Position: First Grade (All subjects.) & Assistant Principal
  • Grades 6-8 Religion & Family Life; Grades 6-8 Literature & Religion; Director of Religious Education for the All Souls Catholic School Parish, 1996-2006

 Leadership Roles:

  • Title I School Liaison, Student Council Faculty Advisor; ITBS Building Coordinator, First Year Mentor Teacher, Catholic School Management Curriculum Chair, Director of Religious Education, Diocesan, District, and National Presenter (Rubrics), Area I and Area II Accreditation Chair, Private Tutor, Yearbook Co-Chair, Grade Level Chair, FCC Accreditation Team Member, School Sacristan.

 Ms. Sandy Garcia - Director, Institutional Advancement

Experience:

  • Over 10 Years Experience in the Areas of Strategic Planning, Development of Club Marketing Plans, Club Operations, Compliance and Administration
  • Monitored and Reported Association Progress with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Developed Acquisition programs for AAA Partners
  • Directed the Annual Promotion and Marketed Various Club Publications
  • Developed Acquisition and Retention Programs for AAA/CAA Clubs
  • Coordinated Annual Accreditation Meetings

Personal:

  •  Ms. Garcia enjoys running and going to the beach.  Her two children currently attend All Souls Catholic School.

Cheri Macher - Office Administrator  

Education:  Bradford Business School, Baldwin High School

 Experience:

  • From 1994, Secretary to Principal, Dr. Margaret Curran, Mr. Tom Doyle and Mrs. Jenni Heneghan
  • Recording Secretary for the School Advisory Board and Home & School Association
  • Volunteered in various positions at All Souls Catholic School 
  • Over 16 Years as a legal secretary at Reed Smith Shaw and McClay 

 Personal:

  • Mrs. Macher is a parishioner at All Souls Catholic Church and enjoys relaxing at the beach. 

Valerie Gelovich - Registered Nurse & Receptionist

Education:  Two B.S. Therapeutic Recreation, Temple University; B.S. Nursing, Jefferson University

Experience:

  • Two Years as a Therapist on the Trach/Vent Unit with Infants and Toddlers
  • Eight Years as a Registered Nurse at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia 

Personal:

  • Mrs. Gelovich loves to travel with her family and visit family members up North.  Her two children attend All Souls Catholic School.
