Events and projects that are organized through this office are the School Newsletter, Magazine Drive, Golf Tournament, Christmas Tree Sale, Our Catholic Appeal (BASE), the Annual Dinner Auction and our Third Century Capital Campaign. There are also many projects that are continuously worked on, such as the church website, the school website, alumni and the Scrip Program.

To meet the needs of our growing community, we will build a new facility which will allow the school to double its enrollment.

 

The new school will be centered around a magnificent courtyard, with the church being the main focus as it is currently.  This space will enable All Souls to continue with its morning gathering tradition in the courtyard and begin each day as one student body.  The school will be on the cutting edge of technology and will provide an excellent learning environment which will only enhance the phenomenal curriculum already utilized at All Souls. 

 

Common areas through the campus will give teachers room to facilitate group work, thus allowing  for classes to come together and work cooperatively toward common goals.  While we grow, the intimacy or small family atmosphere where everyone knows each other will remain a high priority for administration, faculty and staff.

FAQs

1. What does Scrip mean? Simply stated, it means gift certificates.

2. What is the Scrip Program? It is set up to assist schools with fundraising or to be used as a financial aid tool. All Souls has chosen for it to be a financial aid tool for the All Souls Community.

3. How does it work? All Souls purchases gift certificates to over 200 merchants at a discount which ranges from 2%-20%, depending on the merchant. We then sell the certificates at face value to you. The difference between the discounted price and the face value is the amount that goes into your account after the Administration Fee has been deducted. Work on this for weekly shopping, birthdays, gifts, Christmas and you will watch your account grow!

4. How many months of tuition can I accumulate and when does it start applying to my tuition? You can accumulate as many months as possible for the year. By May 1, 2009 the balance in your account will be applied to the June 2010 tuition and will then carry over to as many months that you have accumulated. If you have prepaid your tuition or are in the Pre-K Program then it will be applied to July or the first month you owe tuition.

5. Does this program benefit the school? This program does not directly benefit the school. It does, however, provide a service to our parents to help make Catholic education affordable.

6. What is the Administration Fee and how much is it? The Administration Fee covers all associated costs with this program, including shipping, processing, credit card costs, and printing. The 25% cost is deducted directly from each order. Should there be an excess of monies after all expenses are paid then this amount will be transferred to the Scrip Scholarship Fund. So, not only does each family benefit from this program but we are all helping other families as well.

7. How do I order Scrip? Look over the Merchant List (can be downloaded below), fill out the order form (can be downloaded below), turn the order form and the money into the Development Office.

ORDERS MUST BE turned into the School or Development Office on Tuesday by 10:00 am.


PICK UP ORDERS at the Development Office on the following Tuesday from 8:00 am - 9:00 am or 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm.

8. How do I pay for Scrip? You can pay with a check, cash, MasterCard, Visa American Express or Discover. Credit card orders will be assessed a 1% fee on the entire value of the order.

9. Do I have to participate? Absolutely not. This is a service provided for those that want to participate but is not mandated.

10. What if I am not attending the school but want to purchase Scrip? For parishioners or friends of All Souls, the procedures are the same but the % saved will go into our general scholarship fund.  You may also allocate your dollars to a specific family but that must be denoted on the enrollment form.

*We do not have any control over back orders or merchants that are not available any longer. 

*Merchant lists change periodically as well as percentages.
